Teens can start by learning practical, income-generating skills through babysitting and creative workshops, where they understand not only how to perform a skill, but also how to turn a skill into something that creates real value for others.
In Babysitting Mastery, participants go beyond basic training and learn the fundamentals of running a small service-based business—responsibility, communication, pricing, and how to find and keep great clients.
Art workshops help teens turn creativity into value, showing how passion can become a source of income and initiative.
These arts and crafts workshops also give them practical tools to better connect with children and become more capable, creative babysitters.
Wayfinders Club is a teen leadership program where participants build entrepreneurial skills by launching or growing a business and working on group projects to fund a trip they choose and plan. They gain confidence, friendships, and learn to create opportunities instead of waiting for them.

Children’s Business Fair gives teens a real-world stage—an opportunity to design, build, and present their own product or service to the public.
About the fair
The Children’s Business Fair is a one-day marketplace where young entrepreneurs aged 6-16 showcase their creativity and learn real-world business skills. Kids create their own products or services, set up booths, interact with customers, and handle money, gaining confidence, financial literacy, and problem-solving skills. Hosted by Kindraza in partnership with Acton’s Children’s Business Fair - the largest entrepreneurship event for children in North America, the fair offers a safe, fun environment for kids to shine.
