This program prepares responsible teens and tweens to confidently care for younger children, handle household emergencies, and run their own local babysitting businesses.
Babysitting Mastery summer program is a full standard CPR and safety certification, but also we focus on:
This may be the best developmental fit for many teens aged 12-15 because kids learn better socially than in an 8-hour certification grind.
Instead of optimizing for “official-looking CPR certificate” we offer parents alternative program that focuses also on:

At Kindraza we focus on becoming capable instead of being just trained.
Summer fun in between
The Babysitting Mastery program is built into a high-energy summer camp experience filled with fun outings, and hands-on activities, so teens don’t just learn, they actually love being there. It’s a chance to unplug, build real friendships, and grow confidence while having a genuinely great summer! No phones allowed!

Every camper who completes the Babysitting Mastery program also receives:

Real world application:
As part of the Babysitting Mastery program, teens have the opportunity to take part in fully supervised, structured leadership sessions with younger campers (ages 6–8) within the same facility.
These sessions are designed to help teens apply their babysitting and childcare training in a real environment, including:
This is not independent babysitting — all interactions are carefully guided, supervised, and integrated into the camp structure.
The goal is to help teens build real confidence, responsibility, and situational awareness in a safe, supported setting.
This activity is great for real babysitting experience, leadership practice, and instant connections to local families with younger kids who need sitters.
